Veterans, Widows of Martyrs and their Orphans, Persons with Disabilities and Persons under the Law No. 2022 on Provision of Salary to Turkish Citizens Over the Age of 65 who are Needy, Deprived, Weak and Desolated. In addition, provisions of Law No. 4736 are applied for free tickets.

IMPORTANT!

• Credit cards are valid for ticket sales.
• Tickets go on sale 13 days prior to the play.
• Tickets of staged plays can be purchased at all box offices.
• Sold tickets cannot be withdrawn or changed.
• The refund of the tickets purchased through MEMBERSHIP login can be made from CANCEL section in MY TICKETS section, 48 hours before the event time. Cancellation / Refund transactions are valid for tickets purchased from the internet and not printed at the box office.
• Refund requests for tickets purchased without a MEMBERSHIP login must be sent to info@biletinial.com via e-mail 48 hours before the event time. Cancellation / Refund transactions are valid for tickets purchased from the internet and not printed at the box office.
• The plays for adults are for audiences over 8 years old.
• Belated audiences cannot attend the first act.
• The General Directorate can make changes in the play layout when required.
• Discount tickets are sold to students and Müzekart Plus owners.
• In the bulk sales of the plays, discounted tickets are sold to groups of at least 40 people.
• In the event that any personnel working in our Ministry and its affiliates present their identity cards, sales are made on discounted tickets for themselves and their families.
